Individual/family tours:

• We are setup for both individual and group tours.  Individuals/famlies are welcome to "drop by" during our operating hours.  No advance notice is required.  All tours are conducted by tour guides that are knowledgable and have grown up in the local area.   

• The Settlement is open:  The 3rd Saturday in March through the 3rd Sunday in November
• Cost:  $3.00 - Adults    $1:00 - Children

• Settlement hours are: 
  
  • Thursday and Friday:  10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
    
  • Saturdays:  10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
    

  • Sundays: Closed

Guidelines for Scott Plantation Settlement for Events:

All events will use the train station as a welcome center and bathrooms

Persons planning to use the Settlement property for events must provide:

• 30 days notice to schedule the date – may not be during a tour date
• $50 deposit required to “save the date”
•  30 days notice in writing as to what is expected from the staff and volunteers of Scott Connections including:

•  Facilities needed
•  Time of arrival and leaving
• Tours - how many and at what time
• Pay for paid staff that will be present

• No cooking or heavy electrical use inside the train station or other buildings
• Blacksmith Shop and Commissary buildings are not available for events
• Exceptions may be made for Scott School reunion events with paid staff present at all times.
